Thanks Dig, is the result paid off, it was a nice experience to walk solo to Venice. Every now and then I met other "colleagues", some heavily equipped that they too roamed the city trying to capture glimpses:-(wow!

With Puss ... this photo is one of many that I took from the dock of the Doge's Palace, I got there fur coat, because until a few minutes before I was to the Rialto Bridge and then travel with the camera mounted on the tripod so as not to lose the moment;-).
