Se fotografi un paesaggio chiudi la f (ma basta f/11-16)
Se il soggetto è uno apri la f al massimo
Così la qualità resta più alta possibile perché gli ISO si abbassano.

If the subject is one f the most of the open
So the quality is as high as possible because the ISO lower.

dovrebbe Bastare!
Se si percepivi ancora il movimento aumenti il tempo e apri il diaframma fino a circa f 6,3 o 7,1 perché di sfondo avevi il mare e anche se lo sfocavi un po faceva nulla.
