Cominciai a suonare il violino 18 anni fa, e ora ne ho 23. Per anni non fui in grado di suonarlo a causa di infiammazioni muscolari e tendiniti; quando ripresi seriamente a studiare per me fu come cominciare a vivere davvero. Da allora sono passati 7 anni, ed ogni giorno che presentava una sfida diversa, una strada fatta di gioia, estasi, meraviglia, ma anche di delusioni e difficoltà. Da tre settimane ho un disturbo all'orecchio destro che non mi permette più di ascoltare come prima, con la conseguente impossibilità di ascoltare la voce di questo splendido strumento come ho sempre fatto. Nasce da qui l'idea di questo piccolo progetto fotografico, in cui ho intenzione di ritrarre ciò che sento, giorno per giorno, nei confronti della musica, in modo tutt'altro che pretenzioso.
