Non è scritto da nessuna parte che se uno taglia il pezzo sopra lo scatto è da buttare. ognuno compone come meglio crede è questo il bello della fotografia, qui se vogliamo fare una considerazione la possiamo fare sul tempo di scatto e diaframmi sbagliati, io avrei alzato gli iso per avere un tempo di scatto più sicuro e un diaframma un poco più chiuso.

Sugli iso sono d'accordissimo, avrei ridotto il tempo, sull'apertura avevo scelto di tenerla aperta per avere uno sfocato dietro consistente! Grazie del consiglio

Beh secondo me il " sfocato dietro consistente" è troppo poco sfocato per essere tale. O si fa uno sfocato dove non si distingue niente o si mette a fuoco anche dietro e in questo caso avrei lasciato lo sfondo nitido per due motivi:
-La ricchezza dello sfondo che colloca la statua (il soggetto) in un ambiente suo (in fondo sei andato fino a bankok e non al primo museo che capita di bankok  )
-Il soggetto di colore completamente differente dallo sfondo che lo stacca e allo stesso tempo crea un contrasto tonale (il soggetto in questo caso è l'elemento più importante, dove cade l'attenzione)
Avrei però, come detto da Alvar, cercato una composizione leggermente migliore. L'idea di base è ottima ma applicata male. Mi sarei spostato leggermente indietro (lasciare un po' di spazio intorno alla statua, te l'hai addirittura tagliata sopra) e cercato di evitare la fine del muro e le piastrelle (penso siano piastrelle) bianche sotto. In questo modo avresti avuto lo sfondo più uniforme.

That way you'd have the background more uniform.

Hai ragione, ma con il mio obiettivo non credo si possa fare uno sfocato maggiore con quelle distanze.
Per la composizione sono d'accordissimo con voi ma non potevo muovermi più di tanto perchè a destra c'era una porta che già si intravede, comunque proprio per questa non uniformità avevo pensato ad uno sfocato.
