Grazie Giuseppe, so com'è il panning infatti ho specificato che questo scatto inizialmente lo avevo scartato ed ho postato un altro scatto con panning "corretto", questo l'ho ripreso appunto come scritto rivisto con un ottica diversa, il tutto mosso quindi era voluto, comunque lo scopo era appunto capire se piace solo a me o meno quindi il tuo commento è ben accetto.
l'acqua non è in discesa ma è l'angolo di ripresa accentuata dalla rotazione che da questo effetto, ho preferito lasciarla come scattata .

@Giuseppe, grazie del tuo gradito commento, sicuramente questa immagine è ben lontana dall'essere tecnicamente corretta e tra i vari difetti vi è sicuramente il punto di vista/ripresa diagonale rispetto alla sponda e quindi l'inclinazione non in bolla, però trovo che una sponda di un fiume ripreso in diagonale e non da un punto di vista perpendicolare possa anche non essere in bolla come un orizzonte. Comunque sono pareri soggettivi e corretti entrambi, il bello di scambiarci rispettivi pareri e commenti e proprio questo
