, 1/500 f/7.1, ISO 320, hand held. Specie: Turdus migratorius

Pettirosso americano (Turdus migratorius)- Nikon D300s, Nikon AF-S 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G ED VR (a 300mm), iso 320, F7.1, 1/500s, mano libera, luce naturale, crop 2800 pixel circa sul lato lungo.

Beautiful American robin, taken great! ;-)
But is it really the equivalent of our robin?
It seems more burly, physically has more of the family of the blackbird ...
Regards Paul!

Thanks to all of the passage!
Ernesto ... In the spring I hope to organize!
Gianluca scentifico in the name that I mentioned (Turdus migratorius) is clear positioning between the turdidi (you can find everything online), the attitude on the ground and in the air are those of European cousins ??(such as redwings flying in groups such as the little I've seen).
Claudiop77 ... see answer to Gianluca.
Eliana is not as sharp at the top and I forced the PP does not sharpen as not to damage the feathers (not sure if this comes from your impression).
Greetings to all!
