Scricciolo (Troglodytes troglodytes) con imbeccata. Il binomio scientifico di questo minuscolo Passeriforme fa riferimento all'abitudine di riprodursi molto spesso all'interno di grotte, naturali o artificiali. L'individuo della foto ne è un esempio: il suo nido era collocato in una necropoli paleocristiana dei dintorni di Sortino (Siracusa). Per fotografarlo minimizzando il disturbo ho dovuto... "inumarmi" in una tomba ipogea, coperto da due reti mimetiche sovrapposte. Insomma, mi sono dato per morto! - No crop
