at 40mm, 1/640 f/14.0, ISO 200, hand held.

Bravissimo.
Ciao.

A second head is the shadow cast on the mountain. This I like very much because it conveys the emotion of the height, the sense of wide open spaces, clean air. Bravissimo.

Ciao Adriano

Thanks Joseph for your visit, and your sensitive and profound comment that I'm glad because when you are in the mountains just feel these sensations in the midst of these peaks and spiers.

I like the shadow that mocks the mountain front

Una foto di grande ed "alto" respiro! Sorriso
Ciao Sorriso
Ilario

A photo of large and "high" breath! :-)
I repeat (say ... Ugh that sucks!), I find the shadows far too open and this reduces the tonal range of the image.
And then some more halo light to be placed right where I'm there;-)
However, it is a beautiful photo of a beautiful place and we both love !!
Hello:-)
Hilary

Thanks for visiting Giani, Antonio and Hilary.
Ilario I know that you like the picture contrast, and shadows closed, while I prefer to emphasize the details. I still darkened a bit throughout the image and removed the dominant blue-cyan that gave the impression of a bluing.
Greetings Adriano
