con Canon EF 1.4x II, 1/1500 f/8.0, ISO 800, hand held.

Florida, Febbraio 2014; in cerca del raro nibbio delle Everglades, di cui ho potuto vedere solamente i presunti resti di alimentazione, ossia i gusci delle giganti apple snails, appunto lumache grandi quanto mele, quando da un cespuglio giunse un grido di qualche animale e del gran trambusto. Ho potuto appena voltarmi ed un falco dalle spalle rosse si è lanciato dal cespuglio con qualcosa fra gli artigli, una pig frog, appunto una rana dalla pelle rosa come quella di un maiale, inquadrato, fiducia totale nell'autofocus e.. shot!
