Thanks Roberto! As mentioned I have 19 poses performed by varying the plane of focus of the camera / lens mounted on a slide micrometer (in my case millimeter). Got these images I spent Sonata Stacker which has extrapolated the areas of greatest contrast / sharpness of each, to merge them into a single image with an extended depth of field. On the forum there are many threads about this technique (Focus Stacking) where I also learned the basics to run ........... at the time as mentioned in the caption are still in the early experiments. ;-)

Grazie Roberto! Come anticipato ho eseguito 19 pose variando il piano di fuoco del gruppo fotocamera/obiettivo montato sopra una slitta micrometrica (nel mio caso millimetrica). Ottenuto queste immagini le ho passate a Zerene Stacker il quale ha estrapolato le zone di maggior contrasto/nitidezza di ognuna, per fonderle in un unica immagine con un estesa profondità di campo. Sul forum ci sono moltissime discussioni a riguardo di questa tecnica (Focus Stacking) dove anch'io ho appreso i primi rudimenti per eseguirla...........al momento come citato nella didascalia sono ancora ai primi esperimenti.
