Location: Proprietà privata/riserva protetta - Volano (FE), Parco del Delta del Po // Il toro della Camargue è un animale di razza rustica. La taglia è slanciata (non supera 1,30m), la testa è sottile ed il manto è sempre molto scuro. Le corna sono la caratteristica più tipica della razza poiché si dirigono verticalmente verso il cielo formando, in modo particolare nelle femmine, una lira perfetta. Il toro della Camargue non ha mai potuto essere addomesticato e il mantenimento della razza è dovuto soltanto alle sue attitudini al gioco e alla corsa. Vive in mandrie, in semi-libertà su terreni non adatti alla coltivazione sui quali crescono solo giunchi, salicornie e altre erbe selvatiche. Così come i cavalli di Camargue (che ho mostrato in questa stessa galleria), anche questi splendidi animali vivono allo stato brado in una riserva privata protetta (oltre 60 ettari) che si espande con lunghe strisce di terra tra le acque deltizie del Po a Volano (FE). Abbiamo dovuto usare le dovute precauzioni per avvicinarci... per quel che si poteva. Se infastiditi, possono infatti caricare.

beautiful composition and, in my modest opinion, the very nice blurred background! :-P
Also according to my personal taste you "reproach" (very good-natured and just because I'm sure I can do) what I already "scolded" at other times, or a little hand "heavy" in sharpening (see, slowly, well I'm learning the words)! :-D

Paolo e Jerry riguardo lo sharpening non ritengo di aver ecceduto (ho applicato solo una leggera MDC)...non si nota nessun tipo di scontorno seppur il profilo del soggetto sia ben delineato. Credo, posso sbagliarmi per carità!, che la vostra sensazione sia dovuta all'effetto della luce radente di metà mattinata che profila fortemente gli elementi sulla scena (lo si vede anche nella seconda immagine che ho inserito nel primo spazio commento). Comunque, ripeto...posso anche essere in errore! Invece riguardo alla luce mi pare di averla gestita abbastanza bene...non c'è comunque sovraesposizione in nessuna zona del fotogramma.
Grazie delle vostre osservazioni che come sapete mi risultano sempre gradite!;-)

Paul and Jerry about sharpening I do not think that it exceeded (I applied only a slight MDC) ... you do not notice any type of contour although the profile of the subject is well defined. I think, I may be wrong for charity !, that your feeling is due to the effect of grazing light mid-morning that looms heavily on the scene elements (as seen in the second picture that I comment in the first position). However, once again ... I can be wrong! Instead about the light it seems to have managed quite well ... there is however overexposure in any area of ??the frame.
