E' da un po' che ho voglia di tornare a vedere i gorilla di montagna e, tornando dal viaggio per fotografare i mandrilli, mi venuto in mente un viaggio " originale " durante il quale, in 2 settimane fotografare tutti i più grandi primati africani ad esclusione del bonobo!! Gorilla di montagna, gorilla di pianura, scimpanzé, mandrilli, amadriadi, gelada, babbuini e cercopitechi vari !!!!! e tutti con concrete e reali opportunità di fotografarli. Tra un annetto potrebbe essere il momento buono......... Questa foto ritrae un cucciolo della famiglia Susa, dove vivono i discendenti dei gorilla studiati da Diane Fossey ( addirittura quando siamo andati abbiamo visto Poppy che era stata chiamata così proprio dalla Fossey... ) e che al momento, con oltre 40 individui, è la famiglia più numerosa di gorilla di montagna...
