Per quanto concerne la testa ferma e a fuoco ed il resto in movimento e' solo questione di fortuna e di perseveranza.
Ho riempito schede e schede con soggetti mossi, fuori fuoco, tagliati ecc ecc prima di avere un risultato decente.

With regard to the head steady and focused and the rest in motion and 'only a matter of luck and perseverance.
I filled cards and cards with subjects moved, out of focus, cut etc etc until you have a decent result.
