Thanks for the comment Donna; Unfortunately, I got there at 14 and the light was harsh. I am reminded of a beautiful picture posted by other participants in the forum at night, and it was a marvel.
I got the note for the next visit to Venice ...

Best regards.

Mauro

Thanks Gabriel.
From Piazzale Roma you hold your right hand for the Dorsoduro district (does not pass the Calatrava bridge of the railroad) and a magnificent walk away from the "madding crowd" takes you to discover some incredible churches full of works of art (which you can not photograph inside !!!) as San Pantalon, San Trovaso, the Church of the Angel Michael, ... and almost at the end of the path, coming out the Giudecca Canal in the vicinity of the Zattere find this magnificent squero; Get the right light is priceless. From the Zattere walk along the canal to arrive at the church of the Madonna della Salute and San Marco can be reached from there in a few minutes. Also along the way are numerous eating at decent prices - Venice-and discrete menu, better than those who are on the path usually Rialto- San Marco.
A cordial greeting.
