ciao

loss of detail on the mountain, especially in high-type mist.
it is not easy, however,

ciao
Simone

I do not want Nordend (because he is absolutely right), but it can not be more than hearing the same frase.Ma possible that you can not take pictures with a light that is not necessarily the sunrise or sunset? then why have to be a "sin" that luce.Io I see a beautiful person with a beautiful backlit muffled by clouds, the light of our classic peaks, a lake or rather two that are the envy of the colorful ponds I've seen in Bolivia (by the way, even them the same speech on the hard light) ..certo the light of the sun now high in the sky a little flattened whole scene, that's why maybe I waited maybe a time when the lake was lit only (a hole in the clouds) to make the scene more attractive and create at least one point of particular interest, but we need to see if mother nature had intended concedertelo. per the rest of the haze of Gianmarco not find it so annoying indeed makes it even better controluce..io I just cleared a little bit of that green lake because he being the protagonist is fair that leaps out better.
and then last thing and perhaps the most important, I do not know if you've got to follow the story between me and Catherine Bruzzone in the past when it was still joking and pretending to fight (good times:-(), but I have certainly changed idea on the cut in horizontal 4.3 (unwatchable:-D) I believe that a cut 3.2 be able to quietly get it yet.
as always, all dictated by my personal tastes, I hope you can be useful

Diego

Thanks Simon for your comments; beyond the opinions on cutting the shot (I'm trying a M1) the photo does not convince me 100% and probably because as you've noticed missing "at least one point of particular interest."
Diego

Ciao Simone e ciao Diego, volevo chiarire cosa intendevo col mio commento. MrGreen

A presto allora e buone foto a tutti!;-)

Hello hello and Diego Simone, I wanted to clarify what I meant by my comment. I also agree that we can not always take pictures with sunrise and sunset, with "sin for the harsh light" I was referring to the fact that because of the beautiful and vivid color of the lake in the foreground, there was a little 'nuvolaglia that filtered the sunlight would have definitely helped the contrast and readability of certain areas. The landscape and shooting are still really nice and worthy of attention. It tells you a lover of the backlight in the mountains! :-D

See you then and good photos at all! ;-)

diego

You're right David, that's what happens when you do an excursion and often times you are photographing in and light is not perfect; you have to make do with what passes the monastery!

Saluti a tutti. Claudio

overall a nice photo. A little 'Simon is right .... you can not ever sleep or do nothing for a whole day and then wake up (photographically) only at dawn and dusk. Something different every now and then is good for health.
I also understand the critical half (not the picture that I like and that I find very natural and not "forced") to the 4.3 format. Perhaps we are conditioned in tastes by habit to a narrower format or, conversely, decidedly square: many now have a permanent a mutation in the DNA that encodes for only a 24x36 or 6x6. When I shot with a Mamiya 7 6x7 remember that I was not too early idea of ??what to do with pieces of the frame: it was embarrassing! Anyway I digress: the photo is definitely enjoyable. Greetings to all. Claudio

To me the whole do not mind, if there had been a point of interest in the foreground would have been better, but as you've said yourself Diego when you do not always trips you can take as you want;-) a greeting
