La galleria, aperta sulla corte d'onore da un lato e sul giardino dall'altra, unisce l'appartamento di levante, destinato dal 1739 al duca di Chiablese Benedetto Maurizio, figlio di Elisabetta di Lorena e Carlo Emanuele III, all'appartamento, ora detto del Re, parte centrale e più antica della Palazzina, insieme al simmetrico appartamento della Regina, interamente progettati da Filippo Juvarra. Qui trovano collocazione i sei trofei venatori di Ignazio e Filippo Collino,1778, in gesso dorato e dipinto, modelli di presentazione per i gruppi in marmo grigio di frabosa, posti sui piedistalli delle balaustre dei padiglioni laterali del corpo centrale della Palazzina.
