Grazie a tutti!Boswell è a suo modo un esemplare unico.l avevo visto anche in un documentario credo del national geografic qui in italia.
Speriamo che ci sia la volontà di salvarlo.

Uno scatto che sogno da anni, non è facile prenderli così ed è davvero un peccato perché la luce penalizza la foto, ma in fondo concordo ...... chissenefrega.

Pmaffio,è stato emozionante. La guida ci ha portato nel bosco dove questo gigante opera.
Quando è arrivato si è avvicinato moltissimo e noi immobili come sassi mentre ci annusava a 15/20mt.a parlarne è facile ma quando sei li a piedi sai bene che se qualcosa andasse storto la fuga sarebbe impossibile.... Comunque Boswell è un elefante tranquillo e dopo averci annusato ha iniziato la sua opera.gli altri elefanti che lo seguono non sono in grado di alzarsi come lui e si limitano a fare da commensali.so che tu sei come me un amante dell africa e sono convinto ti sarebbe piaciuto molto vivere il momento

Pmaffio, it was exciting. The guide took us into the forest where this giant work.
When he arrived he approached a lot and we motionless as rocks while sniffing a 15 / 20mt.a talk is easy, but when you walk them know very well that if something went wrong it would be impossible to escape .... However, Boswell is an elephant quiet and after having sniffed began his opera.gli other elephants who follow him are not able to stand up like him and they just do commensali.so you're like me, a lover of africa and I'm sure you would have loved live in the moment

Ciao Steff, bello scatto e bel documento, non è una manovra facile per un pachiderma, mi hai fatto venire in mente che nel 2009 nel Ruaha National Park ne ho fotografato uno anch'io, anche se da lontano e un po' nascosto dal tronco dell'albero, non immaginavo che solo pochissimi ci riescono, così mi hai fatto venire voglia di pubblicarla.
