Hi Giancarlo,
I congratulate you first of all for the beautiful story related to this shot. The images I'm seeing, combined with the words that present them, tell me a lot about who you are.
I know Palazzo Te well, visited several times (the last time with a guide), and in fact this room has something magical... I come to Mantua every now and then (I have relatives and friends over there, in the city and in the province). Great land of beautiful people and great work.
Greetings again,
Marcello

Beautiful shot, magnificent contrast between ancient and modern in one of the most beautiful halls of Palazzo Te, in my Mantua. Congratulations
Hi Stefano

:-) thank you so much Stefano.... I live in the province of Mantua..... here it is quite improper to literally speak of "Nice shot" :-) :-) :-) :-) it's like in the famous Platonic myth of the cave: Those shadows are the only things the prisoners have ever seen, forced as they are to stay there.... So, says Socrates, those people believe that shadows are real objects. ...... :-) : hello, best regards, Giancarlo
