Seduta davanti al fuoco a scaldare il cuore che il tempo ha ahimè raffreddato.
La mente percorre all'indietro i passi che hanno segnato gli eventi.
Il calice lentamente si svuota e la mente rallenta.
Gli eventi assumono un'altra importanza ed un altro peso.
Basta: questi passi hanno stancato troppo i miei piedi.
Basta camminare. E' tempo di correre.
Da domattina, però.
Sitting by the fire to warm the heart that the time has unfortunately cooled.
The mind goes back steps that have marked events.
The cup slowly empties and the mind slows down.
The events take on another matter and another weight.
Enough, these steps are too tired my feet.
Just walking. It 's time to run.

Scusa ma questo scatto mi era sfuggito.
Una composizione "studiata" molto bene anche nei particolari, vedi il bicchiere in mano, la bottiglia sullo sfondo, il libro, il gioiello, le candele...
Ma lo sguardo rivolto alla fiamma per me è il centro della foto, lo stesso fuoco poi ha sempre avuto un ruolo importante nei momenti di riposo, il fuoco fa riflettere, fa pensare... il fuoco in questi casi è come un amico,
un confidente e un custode dei nostri segreti.
Luci e ombre in effetto tenue hanno fatto il resto.
Quello che hai scritto è bellissimo, è un inno alla LIBERTA' ASSOLUTA che penso tutti rincorriamo freneticamente ma che riusciamo a raggiungere solo in poche occasioni e queste sempre dettate da un tempo impietoso
che vola via...

Sorry but this shot I had missed.
A composition "studied" very well even in the details, see the glass in his hand, the bottle in the background, the book, the jewelry, candles ...
But gaze on the flame for me is the center of the photo, the same fire then has always played an important role in moments of rest, the fire makes you think, makes you think ... the fire in these cases is like a friend,

Lights and shadows in subtle effect did the rest.

Hai fatto molto bene a virgolettare la parola "studiata" riferendoti alla composizione dello scatto perché, appunto, é soprattutto una composizione "sentita".

E' molto vero quello che dici; i pensieri scorrono più lenti e limpidi fissando il fuoco che arde e che, almeno su di me, esercita una forte attrazione e un ipnotico potere distensivo

Questo è il senso della foto e dell'agognato Mio, ma non solo mio, Tempo!

Vuoi il tuo tempo e la foto trasmette grazie alla luce e alla composizione,in totalità ,la voglia di momenti liberi dagli affanni della vita quotidiana,la voglia di ritrovarsi e di assaporare quello che si è perso nel correre frenetico di ogni giorno.Un correre al quale non è facile sottrarsi per esigenze di vita,forse un correre che a volte si potrebbe evitare ma se non si fa questa o quella cosa poi sembra di non aver fatto tutto quanto necessario.Il proprio tempo diventa sempre più prezioso con il passare degli anni e questa foto evidenzia stupendamente quanto sia importante ritrovarlo per ritrovarsi!Complimenti ! R.A.Heinlein era uno scrittore di fantascienza americano, famoso per i sui libri visionari e anche premonitori, nonché per i suoi aforismi, come quello che ho scelto per la mia firma ma tanti altri . Ad esempio per restare sul tema del tempo personale : " Minimizza le tue preoccupazioni fino a quando non diventa automatico: questo raddoppia la durata effettiva della tua vita... e ti dà quindi il tempo di goderti le farfalle, i gattini e gli arcobaleni. ". Poi ci sono altri molto attuali tipo : " Le tasse non vengono intascate per il beneficio dei tassati."
La foto è una meraviglia in bianco e nero , assolutamente .
E...poi ho un debole per i tacchi a spillo ( non sono l'unico ).

una foto ormai celebre.....per un commento tardivo...... ma tardi per chi.... non c' e' tempo che possa offuscare la vera bellezza.... non c' e' tempo che possa creare distanze incolmabili..... i nostri pensieri i nostri sentimenti possono viaggiare ovunque e in ogni tempo e creare istanti che raccontano di una vita e di ogni luogo..... il tuo istante lo hai anche fotografato......adesso e' anche nostro.....grazie....
