Mi è ritornata, caro Rosario, la tua foto tra "le mani" e ne apprezzo ancora il fuoco incentrato sul logo Minolta per catturare giustamente l'attenzione su un marchio storico, forse poco apprezzato negli anni seguenti. Le Minolta non erano solo reflex solidissime, indistruttibili e famose quasi solo per questo, ma in realtà all'avanguardia: nel '66 la SRt 101 proponeva la lettura TTL a tutta apertura con il simulatore di diaframma. Le tanto celebrate Asahi Pentax Spotmatic, tanto di moda all'epoca, dovranno aspettare il 1973 (sette anni dopo!) con la Spotmatic F per avere lo stesso. E così altri modelli di altri marchi. E poi il sistema originale Minolta di esposizione CLC (contrast light compensator) che, grazie a due cellule contrapposte, permetteva di effettuare una lettura di tipo matrix molti anni prima che altri ne seguissero l'esempio. Quindi Minolta era sostanza ma anche raffinatezza. E questo nel 1966! La tua, però, dovrebbe essere successiva al 1969: le prime, infatti, avevano la torretta dei tempi in nero e le viti erano del tipo "a taglio" secondo le norme giapponesi JIS, mentre le successive al 1969 aderirono alla normativa internazionale con viti "a stella".
Tutto sommato, però, la tua foto ci ricorda anche di quanto la fotografia, in fondo, sia rimasta la stessa e basata sulla classica triade tempi/diaframmi/ISO. Se consideriamo il fotografo di paesaggio di oggi, compirà le stesse manovre di una volta: cavalletto, comando a distanza (un tempo meccanico , oggi elettrico ma il senso è lo stesso), alzo specchio per evitare vibrazioni(alzo specchio che la SRt101 aveva, una raffinatezza un tempo dedicata solo alle professionali e che altri marchi non proponevano!!!). E poi per fare paesaggi oggi eliminiamo l'autofocus, togliamo il sistema antivibrazione, usiamo la reflex in manuale regolando, oggi come allora, tempi e diaframmi senza automatismi. Insomma, il passato ( e io non sono un nostalgico) in fondo ci insegna ancora a far fotografia...
