Mentre le autorità, sul palco, si alternano con discorsi rievocativi, sbuca questo ragazzetto che comincia a suonare il suo strumento. La scena è troppo simpatica... giusto il tempo di fargli uno scatto e poi sbuca la mamma che lo riconduce, recalcitrante, dietro le quinte.
