Porta Milazzo Rometta Superiore sent on 29 Novembre 2024 (23:21) by Sergio Bartolomeo. 123 comments, 1446 views.

at 40mm, 20 sec f/11.0, ISO 320, tripod. Messina, Italy.

Thank you Cesare for your kind comment on this shot. The powerful lighthouse on the right created some difficulties for me, the only one, as suggested, ... break it with a stone :-D
Thank you very much also for the compliments
Have a nice week

And this is another one that I am overwhelmed, with a beautiful proportion between the masses, a lighting that seems artfully made only inside the vaults, the coldness of the blue sky and the warmth of the artificial lights, a masterpiece.

I'm glad you liked this shot. A place I am fond of, a village that takes me back to summer evenings in the company of great friends!
These two arches: one carved into the rock and the other as a gateway to this medieval village, have always fascinated me.
Thank you very much for your gratifying appreciation
Greetings
Sergio
