Ragusa ed Ibla sono due centri della stessa città, uniti attraverso una strada ed una scalinata che si intrecciano tra loro. Ragusa sovrasta Ibla e scendendo attraverso queste scale, vi sono numerosi punti di affaccio, panoramico sul borgo antico di Ibla.
Questo belvedere lo avevo già visto in altri scatti, anche qui su Juza, ma con una visione ad altezza d'uomo. Io ho voluto sfruttare le due ali della ringhiera, come quinte che si aprono su Ibla, sfruttando un p.d.r. molto basso.
