XV da Bartolomeo Rossi, splendido signore del Rinascimento, lungo le rive del fiume Reno affinchè le acque del fiume potessero servire come forza motrice per le diverse imprese agricole e artigianali (mulino, segheria, cartiera) il grande castello e il borgo adiacente con l'oratorio e le scuderie, formano un complesso unico le cui caratteristiche stanno nel proporre una integrazione fra le attività produttive, le abitudini signorili e la vita sociale di un borgo di campagna Ogni anno l'8 settembre da oltre tre secoli si svolge nel grande prato adiacente al castello e nella corte, una delle più conosciute fiere dei dintorni la " Fira di Sdaz" Fiera dei setacci, Tutte le foto contenute in questa galleria sono copyright di Mauro Monesi e non possono essere utilizzate in alcuna forma senza il consenso dell'autore
