Borghetto sul Mincio è incluso nella lista dei «Borghi più belli d'Italia», a ragione mi vien da dire, perché è una piccola «bomboniera», un luogo romantico e ricco di profumi, fiori, piante e locali tra i mulini ad acqua che sembrano usciti da una fiaba. Nello scenario troneggia il «Ponte visconteo» che ho ripreso in foto. È un ponte-diga costruito nel XIV secolo e tuttora utilizzato ed adibito al traffico veicolare e pedonale. Vale davvero la pena passare un fine settimana in questo bel borgo dove si mangia molto bene e si può assaporare il «nodo d'amore» un gustosissimo tortellino ripieno che si serve in brodo.
