Se potessi tornare indietro, nel periodo in cui ho vissuto nell'aquilano, farei qualche scatto al forno a legna di paese che veniva aperto a tutte le famiglie ogni giovedi da una signora che aveva le chiavi e lo accendeva molto presto la mattina. Poi, in lenta processione, tutte le famiglie andavano a cuocere il proprio pane, le pizze e i dolci. Un vero rito che si ripeteva da lunghissimo tempo...con un cuore che batteva al ritmo della vita di paese!
