ah ok!  con te ci casco sempre 
dunque: il filtro ovviamente lo si applica a tutta la foto, poi io di solito quando devo fare correzioni selettive uso le maschere di livello (duplico e poi nascondo il layer superiore), un pennello molto leggero (hardness 30%) di dimensioni appropriate per quello che devo andare a correggere e spennello selettivamente la correzione variando la percentuale di visibilità a seconda dell'effetto che intendo ottenere

So: the filter obviously applies to any photo, then I usually when I have to make corrections selective use layer masks (Duplico and then hide the layer above), a very light brush (hardness 30%) of appropriate size for I have to go in and fix and fix spennello selectively varying the percentage of visibility depending on the effect you want to achieve ;-) " Piuttosto, la mia era una domanda seria! anche se dissimulata in complimento!"
