I used the darken lighten color filter efex 4 with a lighter center point on the tree (it creates a sort of vignetting with a light center and the darker edges), which, though brightening the tree, has also cleared the back area, then some curve levels with brightness masks.
I've been dealing with the original post-merger photo and already had these defects, as Claudio said maybe it's a meltdown that's not fine (there are two free-kick photoshop lenses).

Ho usato il filtro darken lighten di color efex 4 con punto centrale piu' chiaro sull'albero (crea una sorta di vignettatura con un centro chiaro e i bordi piu' scuri), che pero' schiarendo un po' l'albero ha schiarito anche la zona retrostante, poi alcuni livelli curve con maschere di luminosita'.
Ho riguardato la foto originale post-fusione e gia' aveva questi difetti, come ha detto Claudio forse e' una fusione non venuta benissimo (sono due scatti a mano libera allineati in photoshop).
