For this photo and for many others I used a halogen lamp (400 watts) to the left of the subject and to the right I balanced the light with a small white panel.
In other photos there is only natural light (almost always balanced with white panel).
In some photos I used artificial light and natural light at the same time and in someone else I used a 105 watt (5400 Kelvin) power-saving lamp without soft box. I rarely used two artificial lamps.
In some photos, especially the most dated (for example, those with garlic), the halogen lamp was 500 watts.
I enjoyed having some light sources but I have to say what I likeserious; natural light, gives you better colors. Ciao!
Per questa foto e per molte altre ho utilizzato una lampada alogena (400 watt) a sinistra del soggetto e a destra ho bilanciato la luce con un piccolo pannello bianco.
In altre foto c'è solo luce naturale (quasi sempre bilanciata con pannello bianco).
In qualche foto ho utilizzato contemporaneamente luce artificiale e luce naturale e in qualcun'altra ho utilizzato una lampada a risparmio energetico da 105 watt (5400 Kelvin, 500 watt equivalenti), senza soft-box. Raramente ho utilizzato due lampade artificiali.
In qualche foto, soprattutto le più datate (per esempio quelle con l'aglio), la lampada alogena era da 500 watt.

Non sono un'esperta ma da quello che so le lampade a luce continua per fotografia (tranne alcuni tipi dimmerabili, dove si può variare la temperatura della luce) sono quelle che hanno 5400/5600 Kelvin, come i flash. Qualche tipo di lampada professionale arriva fino a 6900/7100 k.
Le lampade a luce calda (2800/3500 Kelvin sono le classiche incandescenti, adesso a led, o alogene per appartamento).

La lampada che ho usato per questo scatto comunque non è per fotografia, non conosco esattamente la sua temperatura cromatica ma a giudicare da quello che vedo direi più o meno 3000 k.
Naturalmente continuerò i miei esperimenti con la luce sperando di migliorare le mie foto. Se qualcuno può darmi altre informazioni, gradirei molto riceverle.
