Il palazzo fu edificato nel 1752 per volere del principe di Villadorata e sorge nel lato ovest della Piazza Regina Margherita. Tutt'attorno le antiche dimore dei pescatori. Costruito in pietra arenaria, la dimora di Villadorata si presenta come una facciata semplice, sul portale d'ingresso si trova lo stemma di famiglia. In alto al palazzo notiamo una piccola torre con delle feritoie, decorata da pinnacoli e da vari bassorilievi raffiguranti motivi geometrici. Questa torre anticamente utilizzata per allontanare eventuali attacchi al borgo da navi pirata, divenne in seguito il terrazzo estivo della famiglia Villadorata.
