Foto scattata nell'estate 2015, Valle Roveto, Abruzzo. Un intenso fronte temporalesco, con potenti cumulonembi che danno forti temporali e grandinate, si abbatte sul Reatino e sulla Valle del Salto. Diversi pomeriggi trascorrono così in estate, che a volte si rivela ben poco siccitosa da quelle parti (contrariamente alle zone più verso il litorale tirrenico). Le "nubi" più in primo piano sono invece di fuochi artificiali ("botti scuri") delle varie feste patronali e religiose che si svolgono nei paesi della Valle attorno alla metà di Agosto. Dovrebbero essere stati quelli di Capistrello (Aq), il paese sotto al monte. I temporali sembravano estendersi ma poi si sono tipicamente dissolti col fare della sera.
