Non so cosa farci. PERCHE' ?

Excellent light that allows reflection to contrast the shadowed part, congratulations Claudio.

Congratulations Claudio for the beautiful image, excellently shot with very pleasant lights and colors.
Sometimes what you mention in the caption has also happened to me with the OM-D E-M1 II and the same lens as you, but only when I interposed the 1.4x teleconverter. I can't explain why.
Good evening, Massimiliano

Thank you Massimiliano. It happens to me erratically, but frequently, with various photos from various cameras, while other photos are sharp, also here from various cameras, the same as the soft photos of before. Needless to say, when I see the images at 100% either with the windows viewer or in Photoshop (or any other graphic program), they all look perfectly sharp.

I find the choice of hard contrast, as you call it, very well done :-)

Thank you Giancarlo. Yes, the name comes from the very hard contrast curve (not usual for me) because I wanted the lakefront and the person passing by to be practically a silhouette. I usually tend to lighten the shadows (but always keeping a bit of black, I don't like too much "grayish" HDR either).

Beautiful composition and light. As for the lens... for me the best zoom of the m4/3 for the focal ones. I have often made portraits of him, excellent.

Thank you Andrea. The lens is fantastic, you shoot it so well that sometimes I leave it on even in contexts where the 12-40 would be much better, taking many steps back to the right frame. For portraits it is excellent.
