Monte Bianco. Ghiacciaio del Miage, nella parte settentrionale della Val Veny. Questo ghiacciaio raggiunge la lunghezza di 10km e si estende per 1100 ettari, si tratta del più grande ghiacciaio nero – ovvero ricoperto per la maggior parte da detriti rocciosi – delle Alpi, con ben 5 km² di superficie ricoperti di detriti. Uno spettacolo della natura che va purtroppo ad esaurirsi a causa del cambiamento climatico.
