Il porticciolo ha problemi dovuti al vento di maestrale che ne porta la sabbia all interno, la sua progettazione e' stata mal curata e sono stati sottovalutati molti aspetti quando lo si e' costruito.Il risultato come ben dici e' che e' utilizzabile solo da piccole imbarcazioni, tenendo lontano le imbarcazioni più grandi che avrebbero creato un indotto decisamente più remunerativo.
