Unfortunately you have opened the diaphragm too much: ear and left eye blurred.
What puzzles me is that no one notices it.
Too bad

It is a deliberate choice ...... generally trigger 1.4.
Obviously everyone can and must have their own opinion.
However, a photo that has participated in several photo competitions with numerous awards.

This is in fact the drama.
That the level of these competitions is so low that we reward a wrong photo.
If you don't think it's wrong find me a photo of the greatest portraitists in the world, as Newton ritts penn avedon that it was made with a diaphragm so I hope and with a blurred eye.
Trust me, you won't find it.
I repeat, the dramatic is this.
Greetings and sorry if I was a bit abrupt, nothing personal

but what wrong photo, but let's not joke please...
if you like everything in focus, say it and amen, without pontificating.
Do you think f/1.2 and f/1.4 lenses are made for landscape or for portraits? And if they are for portraits, do they make them to have everything in focus and be used at f/8 or to be used at f/1.2?
This photo is beautiful, far from wrong

Wrinkles+sharpness+blur are an evergreen, there is no technical error that holds back from the like :-D

@Lastprince

Leaving aside the fact that listing the prizes won in competitions or pseudo-competitions is not, in my opinion, very elegant.
I reiterate, as previously written, that it is such a recurring shot that it loses all interest.

If you discuss a photo, as mentioned, you express a personal opinion, always respectable.
When you criticize it, you express a judgment that, in some way, enters the history of that photograph.
The awards won are part of that history and it is not a matter of elegance to mention them but of a polite way of making it clear that opinions and judgments, even in their individual respectability, can be minority or majority and if a single award may perhaps say little, many awards, in different countries, in contexts that are also different from each other, expressed by judges who are certainly qualified, they nevertheless express a consolidated opinion.

That photos like this have now become cheap is not an opinion, however.
According to your reasoning, even Maneskin or any other globally recognized phenomenon should be synonymous with quality.
There is no need to argue that this is obviously not the case.
