La maggior parte degli stati che ho visitato vietavano l'uso nei parchi nazionale (qui l'autore ha dichiarato di non essere in un parco). Le guide (che ho conosciuto) sono molto 'rigide' in questo. E' possibile comunque richiedere un permesso speciale di utilizzo professionale rilasciato direttamente dai vari governi (i documentaristi ad esempio lo possono fare...) Per quanto riguarda il 'disturbo' solo l'autore sa la verità, a sensazione a me non pare che ci fossero le condizioni per creare un problema agli animali in questo scatto. Prima di sparare sentenza sarebbe meglio conoscere le realtà al di fuori del proprio orto...in questo forum tempo fa sono stato accusato di gettare in pasto ai Leoni delle Gazzelle nel Masai Mara per 'portare a casa lo scatto'...nessun moderatore è intervenuto...la figuraccia la fatta chi mi aveva accusato, passando per ignorante (nel senso che ignorava).
