Il lago Maggiore presenta diversi luoghi considerati un piccolo paradiso dove è bello passeggiare tutto l'anno e d'estate è possibile fare un bel bagno in un acqua pulita. Le antiche fornaci da calce rappresentano autorevoli esempi di architettura industriale e sono molto diffuse sul lago Maggiore.
