Treville è uno dei tanti piccoli Comuni del Monferrato Casalese, i residenti sono poco più di duecento. L'abitato è dominato dalla Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant'Ambrogio che si erge maestosa assieme alla torre campanaria su cui è posto un grande orologio, di cui i trevillesi ne vantano la puntualità. Un bel paesaggio sui paesi e le colline circostanti si offre alla vista dal sagrato della Chiesa. Andare a Treville, merita davvero.
