Ogni volta che vedo un telefono rosso mi viene in mente l'ironica parodia del fantomatico telefono rosso nel dott. Stranamore di Kubrick. Il telefono rosso "vero" , attorno al quale si scatenò la fantasia di molti registi dell'epoca della guerra fredda, fu istituito nel 1963 a Ginevra così che Unione Sovietica e Stati Uniti potessero parlarsi rapidamente in sicurezza ed esiste ancora oggi. Anche la ragazza della foto lo userà per avere una linea diretta ma probabilmente al massimo col suo fidanzato.
