L'uomo con la pipa è, diciamo, il membro del protocollo e "Aquila Reale" dell'Arca di Noè. Una autentica tradizione orale di Barcellona sopravvissuta nel corso degli anni nell'immaginazione popolare come evocazione costante dell'ultimo giorno dell'anno.
