Ecco a Voi una band d' eccezione e' quella che ho fotografato a Campogalliano per la sagra del maiale o meglio,in dialetto locale la Pcarìa. Certo in Emilia non poteva mancare una sagra fra le tante dedicata al maiale e ai suoi prodotti. La fiera che si tiene nel mese di Gennaio presenta vari stand gastronomici, con la lavorazione dei prodotti del maiale trai quali spiccano i ciccioli frolli,la cui preparazione richiede parecchie ore prima di vedere il risultato finale. Nel mio scatto e' rappresentato il corte funebre della morte del maiale, dove a suon di colpi di salame sfila un lugubre , ma festoso corteo, con signore con capellini rosa..con decorazioni di maialini. Non manca altresi' il "morto" ovvero il maiale che qua' non e' rappresentato, ma che su una lettiga viene trasportato dai portatoti, portatori poi di zamponi,cotechini,salami,coppe e quant'altro, ogni ben di Dio che questo magnifico animale ci regala. Un inno al Maiale, penso l' animale più' bello che esista!!
