Tra pochi giorni tornerò in Patagonia per cercare di fotografare questo incredibile felino. Posto questa immagine scattata un paio di anni fa con l'amico Andrea Pozzi. Era l'ultimo giorno della nostra "caccia" al puma. Avevo tante e diverse immagini in portfolio ma decidemmo di avventurarci lungo un sentiero dove avremmo avuto qualche chance di avvistare il nostro obiettivo. Subito dopo l'alba eravamo pronti e carichi ma i nostri tentativi di avvistare il felino rimasero vani. Stavamo rientrando mesti, quando l'allarm call di un guanaco ci ha fatto scattare sull'attenti. Superiamo una piccola collinetta ed eccolo li, a circa 25 metri da noi, intento nella caccia di un gauanaco. Non eravamo noi la sua preda...dopo qualche minuto assieme, si sdraia e si riposa per un po'. All'improvviso si alza, lo sguardo cambia ed è rivolto nella nostra direzione, il corpo si appiattisce verso il terreno, i muscoli in tensione pronti a scattare...ma è solo, per fortuna, un falso allarme! Inizia a piovere, dobbiamo rientrare per prendere il volo per l'Italia...l'emozione, tanta, è rimasta con noi per tanto tempo ed ora non vedo l'ora di ripartire e magari ritrovare lo stesso esemplare pronto a farsi fotografare... ;) Un saluto a tutti.
