Il personaggio rappresentato nel graffito e' Aldo Salvetti,giovane partigiano Massese che fu massacrato dai tedeschi dopo essere stato catturato durante un attacco della sua brigata a Castagnola (frazione di Massa). Dopo l'arresto fu brutalmente torturato per far si che svelasse i nomi dei suoi compagni ma lui resistette nonostante le varie mutilazioni subite. I tedeschi lo trascinarono per le strade di Massa e alla fine di queste immani torture fu giustiziato davanti al portone di un'abitazione. Dopo la sua morte fu decorato con la medaglia d'oro al valore militare .
