I really like this picture, you can see a little 'distortion of the whisker sammy but the mountains fade, and if I correct you would cut the image too much, I personally would have left it without correcting the distortion. E' da tempo che la sto inseguendo ma al tempo attuale (gennaio) la via lattea è troppo bassa nelle ore notturne, devo aspettare il periodo giugno settembre :-/. Mi piace tantissimo questa foto, si nota un po' la distorsione a baffo del sammy ma le montagne attenuano, e se l'avessi corretta ti avrebbe tagliato troppo l'immagine, io personalmente l'avrei lasciata così senza correggere la distorsione. Mi ricorda molto un escursione notturna che feci con un mio carissimo amico. la veduta era la stessa, il panorama che si rivelò al mattino era da mozzafiato! Complimenti! Hai gestito tutto alla perfezione! Grande ;-)

The best time is from late March to May, then the days get longer and then the opening shots are a bit long.

Il periodo migliore rimane da fine marzo a maggio, poi le giornate si allungano e quindi gli orari di scatti sono un po lunghi.

Questa è stata la mia prima foto alla via lattea quindi non mi lamento, ma a distanza di tempo ho notato alcune cose da migliorare

Ho acquistato anche una montatura equatoriale per alzare i tempi di esposizione ed evitare lo startrail. Aspetterò con ansia il periodo da fine marzo in poi :-D. Come primo scatto davvero notevole!
