Piazza del Duomo ore 7,00 del mattino, in giro non c'è quasi nessuno. La piazza deserta è uno spettacolo. Mi fermo al bar all'angolo a bere il secondo caffè della giornata, e incontro questa coppia: sono sposati da tanti anni, hanno due figli, ormai sposati. La signora, si gode la sua domenica di libertà: oggi non dovrà preparare il pranzo per l'allegra famigliola che si riunisce per il giorno di festa. E' il suo compleanno. Tutti al ristorante a festeggiarla, sarà circondata da figli, nuore e nipotini e dal compagno di una vita che, è lì, accanto a lei, e la guarda con la tenerezza del primo giorno. Faranno un lungo giro in bici, e si godranno un po' di fresco. Prima di lasciarli, faccio gli auguri alla signora, ma soprattutto mi congratulo con loro perché rappresentano la vera famiglia italiana. Una semplice storia che rincuora, che ti riconcilia con il mondo che mi rende felice, perché in quei volti, ho rivisto mio padre e mia madre, la loro felicità di venire ora a casa dell'uno ora a casa dell'altro, sempre pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi circostanza. Non ci sono più, ma ci hanno trasmesso il grande senso della “Famiglia” che noi fratelli e sorelle coltiviamo come un bene prezioso. Critiche e commenti sempre super graditi. Grazie.
