Tutti mi consigliavano di andare nel nord di Zanzibar perché le maree sono meno evidenti. Io sono stata a est, dove le maree, come puoi vedere dalle foto, erano molto evidenti e ora posso dire, che sono stata contenta e soddisfatta di averle viste, vissute e fotografate. Avrò fatto meno bagni, ma ho potuto assistere, per la prima volta, a questo fenomeno che non mi ha deluso, anzi mi ha permesso di portare a casa delle foto interessanti.

Everyone advised me to go to the north of Zanzibar because the tides are less obvious. Per me, vedere la bici passare dove poco prima c'era il mare, è stata come una visione. La sabbia è talmente sottile che, quando il mare si ritira, si compatta e diventa per alcune ore una via di comunicazione.
