at 18mm, 1/500 f/4.5, ISO 100, hand held. Auschwitz, Poland.

The image takes us back to a horrible historical period. I won't dwell on it because your image tells more than an encyclopedia. A warning to the new generations that they must not receive these atrocities. Repetita iuvant. Chapeau Paolo.
Bye gios ;-)

Excellent realization / dramatic document "so as not to forget" I share, despite the horrors that still torment parts of the planet today.
Hello Paolo, have a good evening

Paolo

I join the many comments and agree with the considerations of some who have preceded me.
I also appreciated the author's engaging commentary, even if I believe that the people of Israel are not suffering, in this terrible historical moment, the criminal decisions of their rulers. Certainly there is dissent, but it seems to me that the desire to eliminate the Palestinian people is well rooted in a large part of the Israeli population.
