Questo fine settimana ho deciso di dare una sbirciatina al catalogo macro del 2023 su Lr e ho ritrovato gli scatti di questo gioiello della natura. Era una giornata di inizio maggio e durante una mattinata di sole ho visto questo piccolo imenottero in giardino che volava intorno alla bouganville senza fermarsi un attimo rendendosi impossibile da fotografare quindi, com'era già capitato in altri incontri in campagna, non ci ho neanche provato. Durante la sera però ci ho pensato e verso le 22:30 ho preso una pila e sono uscito con la speranza di trovarlo che riposava ed infatti con grande sorpresa l'ho trovato su una foglia della siepe. Non avendo mai avuto l'opportunità di fotografarlo e sapendo che una volta calato il sole perde praticamente la capacità di volare ho reciso la foglia sulla quale stava e l'ho portato in casa per fargli qualche scatto. Inizialmente, sentendosi disturbato, si è un po' irritato e ha iniziato a muoversi per poi tranquillizzarsi dopo poco e allora sono riuscito ad approfittarne. Finito lo shooting ho preferito, visto la sua vulnerabilità, tenerlo in casa al sicuro e l'indomani mattina l'ho lasciato volare via. Avevo già pubblicato al suo tempo un'altra sua foto altrove ma mai qui sul forum e quindi ho deciso di montare gli scatti per mostrarvelo. Purtroppo non sono in grado di determinare la specie corretta perciò mi limito a presupporre che sia un Chrysis sp. appartenente alla famiglia dei Chrysididae. L'immagine è stata realizzata con 27 scatti ad ingrandimento di 2X su Micro 43 quindi il lato lungo dell'immagine corrisponde a 9mm.
