L'alpe, situata ad un'altitudine di 1.900 metri, si trova in Val Vogna, una valle laterale della Valsesia. L'alpeggio è caratterizzato dalla presenza di alcune case costruite con abbondante uso del legno, nel rispetto della tradizione Walser. In alto, svetta il Corno Bianco, una cima che tocca i 3.320 metri. (focale 24mm)
