Nonza, è un piccolo e suggestivo comune situato sul versante occidentale del Capo Corso, che conta oggi meno d'un centinaio d'abitanti. Si trova in una posizione splendida, arroccato su un promontorio roccioso alto circa 120 metri sul livello del mare, con vista aperta sul golfo di San Fiorenzo. Tra le case del centro abitato, spicca la bella chiesa di Santa Giulia. Proprio sotto il paese si trova la vasta cosiddetta “spiaggia nera“, famosa per la suggestiva sabbia scura che le da il nome.
